My family has used Animal Medical since I was a child and they are still who I use for my pets now that I am in my 20s. I would trust this office with my own life and I will not take my dogs anywhere else. They are extremely honest, reasonable, and caring people. They actually love your pets. When I needed to take my heartworm + rescue in for treatment, they allowed me (broke college student at the time) to pay them in two installments of  $150 without having to do care credit or anything like that. $300 for that treatment is also WAY below average - their prices are very good for top quality service. My dog had severe separation anxiety when I first rescued her and they allowed me to hold her while they sedated her so that she would be unconscious for the treatment and not see me leaving the office. They were so accommodating and didn't even charge me for the sedation. If your dog needs something, they will help you find the most affordable and best way to do it. If your dog does NOT need something, they will tell you that instead of nickel and diming you for additional service charges like most other vets in Cookeville. Their staff is so so helpful and kind - I hope this place never changes. They are amazing.
