I wigged out when out of the blue my dog's ears swelled up like a couple balloons. This was the only vet open and willing to take us on Saturday at 3 in the afternoon! Immediately we rushed down from Marietta. They were very accommodating and understanding of the fact that my dog does not do well sitting in a waiting room with the loud noises of others and distractions. So they offered to let us sit in the car and they came and got us when ready. This was HUUUUGE and very much appreciated on my part!! During the examination, they were very gentle and again understanding of my dog's anxieties. And I will be returning with any future veterinary care needs! Will also be highly recommending to others. Thank you for sincerely caring about my fur baby and making her feel better!!

We had a Pitt bull dog that got loose and was hit by a car. We arrived at 8:00 pm and they took us right in and on of the workers evaluated the dogs injuries and took him on back to the Dr. The Dr checked our dog over for injuries. The dog had a cut on top of head that required five Staples and a large cut on throat that required fifteen stitches. They put the dog under to fix him. When he was awake and fully alert we we're allowed to take him home. The staff was very friendly and caring. I would recommend them to anyone
 Our dog is doing great now.

Staff was very responsive and professional! I felt that the prices of services, and optiins added up whether my dog needed the treatment or not. But they did work with me and were great at answering my questions and giving me time to decide. My visit was an emergency so I hope I don't have to return, but I would go back if needed. Nice yo kjnkw and have an emergency option, thank you to the educated and caring overnight staff that respond to pet emergency needs. God bless you!

I called on a Monday morning to get.mt cat in because she had developed sickness over the weekend. Although the Vienna office was fully booked, the receptionist found an open appointment at the Parkersburg location that same day. The staff was friendly and helpful and my cat was treated for a UTI that afternoon. Cost was a concern because I was not working at the time. However,  it was not pricey but all for her workup and  medication. I will be back for her cat needs in the future.

They provide high quality pet care. They are VERY professional and caring towards the pet and their owners.
