My dog wouldn't open his eye, I took him to 5 vets around the area just so they could take a look at him and tell me he was fine to wait until an appointment. No one would see him without an appointment, then I took him to Dr.Simmons and he took time from his busy schedule right before a surgery to just take a look at my dog to make sure he was fine, something no one else did. Ever since that day I've been taking both on my babies to him. He's amazing and the staff it's great and super friendly!!!! Thank you guys

Dr. Simmons & all of the staff at Animal Wellness are animal lovers - you can tell by how they all gush over our dogs when we bring them in.  They will get down on the floor just to say hello & pet them.  Dr. Simmons takes the time to explain his recommendations & always answers any questions we may have.  All though it sometimes costs an arm & a leg (which is something we've encountered with any vet throughout all of our pets lives - imagine going to a doctor without insurance, it would be very expensive as well), we always feel comfortable leaving our pets healthcare in the hands of Dr. Simmons & his staff.

Disappointed in two things...they took a lot of money from me.  They prescribed more expensive eye drops for my dog before going with the less expensive version first.  The second is that they sent a scathing letter to my daughter and blamed her for my conversations with the receptionist and Kim.   My daughter and I laughed off the letter.  We went to Paws2Help and had the SAME exact procedures performed for $62 while it costs me $165 at Animal Wellness.  That was the least expensive visit at Animal Wellness also.  And the vet at Paws2Help was awesome and understood my financial situation.  Just wish I would have gone to Paws2Help prior to starting at Animal Wellness.  It would have saved me over $1,000.

Dr. Simmons and staff are knowledgeable and caring.  I have trusted them with my furry family members for a very long time and will continue to do so.

Constantly closing at least 20 minutes before their scheduled time noted online and on the door. If you say you are open until 4 pm, then that means 4pm....not 3:40 pm. They have closed early on numerous occasions and could care less if a customer has run out of their pets specially prescribed food etc. Not happy.
