I have known the owner of Palm Beach Animal Hospital Dr. Tom Griffith for many years. We have an 8-year-old German Shepherd (Marty) with hip and disk issues that have continuously gone downhill for the last few months. Dr. Griffith is always there when I need him, and offers the most loving, compassionate care possible to our Shepherd. Surgery is, and steroids are not the best options at this point. Knowing that Dr. Griffith is one of very few veterinarians who are Certified Veterinary Chiropractors that specialize in Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation (Chiropractic).  This morning my Shepherd could not walk due to his severe pain, I called Dr. Griffith and rushed to help.  
Having a veterinarian who genuinely cares about animals and offers alternatives to bread and butter medicine, and does not push you to see a "specialist" is a rare find; Dr. Griffith is the specialist. Our family sincerely thanks him for his continued work on our Shepherd Marty.

I've been using PBAH for years and trust them completely. I've had both my cats and my dog there and we have always gotten answers and excellent vet care. Their front desk staff is phenomenal as are the vet techs. It's a wonderful place especially when one has a sick animal.

The vet is nice and the staff is friendly but twice we had a beyond the norm event with our dog and both times we were told to just go to the emergency hospital because they were too busy to see us.  So besides having shots and getting flea meds perhaps, most care falls on the emergency vet versus "our" vet.

I brought my cat into this hospital on an emergency basis because she suddenly became paralyzed and was not able to walk. Dr Miller saw that my cat was in distress and pain and took me in even though she had other appointments. She gave her pain medication to get her comfortable and took the time to explain the situation to me. Unfortunately I had to put my little baby down that day but I am eternally grateful for Dr. Miller and her compassion and steadfastness in this stressful situation. Highly Recommended.

I don't usually write reviews but Dr. Miller and staff did such a great job! I brought my dog Legend in for an ear infection and some rash. She was seen right away, assessed, given meds, and checked out in no time. They even clipped her nails, which I know is usually meant for the groomers. The bill was more than Reasonable too.
So if you're looking a good place for you pets, PB Animal hospital is the place to go. Dr. Miller runs a tight tight ship!
