Very disappointing experience. Took my grandson there to be seen for a possible fracture to his arm last evening around 6pm. First points of contact were 2 ladies inside the front windows at the reception desk having an agitated conversation about the "manager" not scheduling enough staff to handle patients. One lady asked the other lady, who was on the phone, to assist her with the line of people at the window. She declined and stated she had to do other things. Waiting room was full and more coming in. After I turned in my paperwork for my grandson, I overheard other patients complaining that they had been waiting 3-4 hours already. I walked up to the receptionist to ask if what I heard was true and she confirmed that it would be a long wait. I asked her to take his name off the list and we walked out. I have heard negative comments about this facility before, but now I know first hand. Management of AnMed-Clemson needs to re-evaluate this facility and the services they supposedly provide.

I have waited over three hours to have my ear looked at. There was no one in the waiting room when i came in. The worst service ever. They make the VA hospital look like speed racers.

New building; still sucks. Dr Leibman is great, the nurses are great, the receptionists are great, the management still sucks. They need more staff; and from what I hear, the physical organization of the new facility is way worse than it was when it was smaller and older; which speaks to the fact that Anmed built this thing without consulting the people working in it: typical of bad bloated management. I tried to call this morning to get an appointment and was put on hold. I read all my email while waiting and got fed up so called again. When the receptionist finally picked up on my second call, she asked me again if she could put me on hold; I asked "for how long", she said, "Can you cal in 15 minutes? We just opened so we have a very long line." They don't have separate receptionists for Emergency Care and the non-emergency medical practice, so you are always in line at this place regardless of what you are calling for. It is a terrible terrible Medical group; no Anmed facility inspires confidence. I am giving it two stars only because I like the doctor staff; they really do the best given their crappy management; my grade for Anmed is 0 stars.

Been here 2.hours and not so much as a vital sign taken. We have however been treated to an argument among the staff ... apparently no one wants to call a certain patient. Please pray for me and the others trapped here.
