New patient to Clemson Eye. I spent 2 hours there for a vision exam by a technician (5 minutes) and an exam for eye health with the doctor, another 5 minutes. The technician was aware I have three level vision but only checked long-distance and close up - didn't even consider mid-range vision although I indicated I had some changes. I was told the total cost would be $70 to $240 but when I got the bill it was $390. This seems excessive for a total of a 10 minute appointment. Also, they apparently overbook their appointments - you move from one waiting room to another, and each room was full of people waiting. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone else.

I've trusted ClemsonEye as my primary ophthalmologist for many years. The staff at all Clemson Eye locations are absolutely incredible! When making the decision to get LASIK, Dr. Parisi and Dr. Brown's extensive experience and knowledge with the procedure helped ward off any anxiety or concerns. They were extremely thorough and attentive to all of my needs from scheduling my consultation all the way to my post-op visits. If you are a candidate for LASIK, there is no better choice than ClemsonEye!

This office is not handicap accessible. The facility is not set up to accommodate elderly. The staff is not knowledgeable in dealing with handicap and elderly. The staff offered no assistance when trying to get my grandfather in the exam rooms and when getting him set up in the exam machines. My mom had to move one machine in order to even get him to his seat to be examined. This place is incompetent in dealing with dementia patients. The over all experience was horrible.

Came here to get new lenses for my glasses. After I paid, they said they'd call me in about a week to bring my frames in. A month later, they still had not called me, so I called them, and they said "Oh, yeah, we need your frames to complete the order." I brought them in that day and the lady at the Optical Desk was very rude. She said "did we even call you and tell you to bring them in." She took my expensive Ray-Ban frames and tossed them in a bucket with no care. Then, I asked her for my PD. She printed out my prescription and said "That's all you need." It didn't have my PD, so I asked her again for it and she rudely stated "Thats not even part of the exam!" Then she told me it will take about 7 business days to get them back. That is OVER A MONTH since I paid for them. If you are looking at possibly going here, Don't. Spend the gas money to drive to Anderson or Greenville and find a better company! No one should have to deal with this. Go somewhere else.

Had to come here a few weeks ago after my son accidently scratched my eye. They worked me in easily. After a terrible inflammation following the first visit, they worked me in again twice (so I was seen Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) and made sure I was taken care of. They worked caringly with my horrible light sensitivity, made sure I had medicine to improve the cause of pain, and inserted a lens to prevent further tearing. Not only is my vision working fine, but my light sensitivity is gone too. Previous visits (about a year ago) had long wait times; however, these visits we're wonderfully timely with helpful and accommodating staff.
