Would rather not have given any stars but that is not an option! I have been a customer for 20 years but will never order from them again! I had called to find out why my message was not answered. He basically called me a liar and said there was no message from me. He was very rude and just had an overall hateful tone and then he hung up on me! This was not an isolated incident. A couple of years ago he was the same "delightful" person he was today. What an ass! So now it is too late to order flowers for my mom for Christmas! Thanks!!! I hope Santa leaves you a better disposition for the new year!

My husband buys all my flowers from there and they are always beautiful, fresh and unique vases. I myself has ordered on line & they are fast & deliveries are great.

I ordered flowers for my mother on her 80th birthday, they never got delivered, i was told by Doug that a second email was sent to explain they were out of this item , that email was never sent to me. When i talked to Doug he basically talked over me while i tried to proclaim that I never received any reply email., so I basically called him a douchebag and he hung up. Keep up the good work Doug!

Always delivers on their A game with arrangements that are impeccable. We have used since '99 and looking forward to future use.

The owner (Jim) really knows his flowers! He is a real flower "artist" and was great at recommending different flowers for my arrangement. He took the time to consider all the different aspects that would affect how my wedding bouquet would look, and asked lots of questions that other florists didn't bother to ask. I really felt like he took the time to get to know me personally, and understand what I was looking for in my floral arrangements. He likes to make every arrangement unique! :) I had received a set of flowers from here previously, and they were absolutely GORGEOUS. I don't expect my wedding bouquet to be anything different, either! They are a little quirky, but if you go for customer service and getting to know people, this is the shop for you!
