I've done business with New Leaf Floral for years now, and can't imagine doing business elsewhere.

I love the whole staff, too -- at both locations! 

Randal is great, as is Greg, as is Marty, as is Michael . . . well, you get the picture.

I ordered flowers for a retirement celebration. I asked for something unique and colorful. The arrangement they delivered was beautiful and beyond anything I could have imagined. Excellent service and great prices. I will definitely use them again.

Long story, but because I couldn't open the door quickly due to mobility issues, they left a flower arrangement with college kids next door that we don't know.  There was a list of phone numbers on the back of the door hangar, and I had to call through the list to find the right shop.  
They finally agreed to redeliver after I explained that it would be impossible to walk next door to see if the college kids were home and retrieve the arrangement.  
Who leaves things with neighbors nowadays?  Most of us don't even know their names.  
I made sure they had the right number and asked them to call ahead so I'd have time to get to the door.  They didn't.  
They were less than responsive to the needs of someone who just had surgery (hence, the flowers) and someone who had mobility issues.  Very, very bad customer service.

Great prices, great service.  Whether you are there in person or calling from over seas the staff does a wonderful job every time.  Especially loved it when Lorie helped with flowers when my mother passed, they really do treat you like family.
