I live in Michigan but called "Ann's Flowers" direct. My Daughter lives in Phoenix and I wanted nice flowers sent to her at work for her Birthday. I have had just a multitude of unfavorable experiences with online flower ordering and wanted to order local and speak to someone direct about what I wanted. I  spoke to a Gentleman named Auggie. He didn't make me feel rushed, he listened to my complaints about my previous experiences and I was very specific about what I wanted including how important it was to me that the flowers were handed to her and not just delivered to her place of business! All my requests were honored and I couldn't be more pleased!!

They made the whole experience extremely easy! I Found the perfect flowers immediately on the website and ordered them right away. The delivery guy was here at a perfect time and the flowers looked amazing! Thank you guys for making it a great start to a day

Horrible service. On Mother's Day my mother in law didn't receive her flowers they didnt know where they went when I called Monday asking where her flowers were..... it's pretty sad. And not right. I would never use them again. I'm really disappointed and I wanted to make her day special for her because I'm states away. I would recommend going elsewhere for sure. Don't waste your money

The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because the flowers themselves were beautiful.  Unfortunately the delivery person delivered them to the wrong apartment!  Luckily they were honest and ended up making sure my mother got her flowers in time for Mothers Day.  I don't understand what the problem was, the address was written correctly on the flowers themselves and the person delivering neglected to read the address properly.  Im so very thankful that the people in the other apartment were honest enough to do the right thing and take them to their rightful owner. Will NEVER order from them again.
