What I expected: For my wife to receive an uncomplicated floral arrangement in celebration of our marriage.

What I received: A customer service experience so abhorrent that I actually feel justified in taking the time out of my day to leave a poor review about this establishment on every popular and credible review service I can find.

My mother in law ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my now wife's place of work. The instructions provided were "Blues and purples, no pinks".

What was received was two shades of flower: White and pink.

Okay, well... bummer I suppose. Let's see if they can get the issue corrected.

NOPE. TOO FAR. UNREASONABLE.

Community Florist agreed that a replacement was in order, but demanded to have the original bouquet returned. They then decided that they would vacate their last remaining inches of credibility as a service based business and NOT replace the bouquet, changing their stance to "deal with it, it's fuchsia".

Everybody makes mistakes; good customer service is what you do to fix those mistakes.

Get your act together.

Instead of using a 1-800 service, my mother ordered an arrangement from Community Florist to congratulate me on my marriage. I was surprised when it arrived yesterday that it had pink flowers in it. She knows that I much prefer purples and blues. She told me that she specifically asked for them to not use pink, and maybe they could use purples. She told me that she called them to tell them the arrangement wasn't what she asked for and the man on the phone admitted that they had a note that said "no pink" and said they would send a replacement but they wanted the old one back. I've NEVER had a florist ask for their flowers back if they made a mistake. I never got this replacement, so my mom called back today and they said that they won't be replacing the arrangement because the flowers they sent are "fuchsia" and not "pink". We can argue color names all day but if someone asks for their arrangement to not be pink maybe you could try colors that aren't even close to pink? The card says, "We value you as a customer. It was a pleasure to give your order our personal attention." Sure didn't seem like it to me. Guess we need to go back to 1-800 florists instead of local ones.

The ladies working there were great. After I picked a gorgeous pink orchid branch, she helped me decorate it and it just looked great!! By the way my wife loved it!

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST - If I could give this florist and the owner Bill a zero I would. I spoke to Bill himself to place the flower order to congratulate my daughter on her marriage. NO PINK was my one requirement. After my daughter sent a picture to me I called Bill and asked why the arrangement was pink. He confirmed his notes said NO PINK only blue and purple and white should be delivered. He promised to fix it but instead claimed my daughter lied to me and berated me in a voicemail for over 2 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST

Customer service is terrible, they screwed up on the color of the flowers and ask for them back like a restaurant except a restaurant actually corrects and sends out the correct request. They don't even send an arrangement back, don't go local 0/10
