Larry Willis with this agency has handled all of my insurance for several years.  Agents now days often seem to be anxious for your business, but after you're signed up, they don't remember they knew you.  Larry has always given me excellent service and I've never met anyone better on the technical aspects of insurance.

Very reliable service. I have been with them for the past 8 years and they have always provided great, professional services. Staff is courteous and respectful and they know what they are doing. I hope their high standards continue throughout the years.

FIND ANOTHER AGENCY...this is not the first complaint on record.

I asked them to write a policy that provided adequate coverage. After several years of on time payments I had to file a claim only to find out that important insurance coverage was missing. I relied on their expertise. FIRST MISTAKE.
At first it took several calls and several days before Scott Willis got back to me. 
I finally gave up and filed the claim was with help from the insurance company, NOT My insurance agent.
I asked the agent Scott Willis to review the adjuster report and never got a response. After repeated follow up by me, his excuse was that he was busy with his daughter. The next time I needed help he asked me to rescan the documentation I originally sent to him, which although I was out of town and had to find an office service, I was able to send a PDF to him immediately. 
A week later no response again. I sent another email only to have him give me another excuse regarding his family activity and so on. When I asked him to at least read the documentation he responded with nothing I did not already know and failed to answer the questions for which his experience would be required. Clearly he never read my email questions and was just giving me lip service. 
This is a looser who is only interested in collecting premiums and provides no service whatsoever.  Don’t waste your time. Find a reputable agent to help you. I will,

It's not easy to find an agent like Scott Willis-knowledgeable, experienced, honest and reliable. Scott replies promptly to calls and messages as does his reliable and competent support staff. Thanks to policy monitoring by Scott's staff my Homeowner's policy premium was paid on time even though the renewal documents/invoice were not delivered by the U.S. Postal Service and lost in the mail. Thanks again Scott and staff!
