I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that was provided. After all information (personal) was collected. I was told that the rep needed the help of upper management and they refused to assist at the time. Pretty much telling me screw me and the reason I came. I was livid. After waiting for nearly an hour standing up with my impatient 2 year old, the rep continued to proceed with another customer as if I was finish. At the time I really couldn't understand that the general manager refused to even assist. After I told him how dissatisfied I was he attempted to contact them again for help. And again they said that all 4 of them were unavailable. I couldn't believe I was getting this from a company I had done so much business with and even referred numerous others. So much so, that i decided to report them to the better business bureau.

The service at this location was quite terrible not only did the cashier not excel in customer service but she also had a attitude while doing it. Both cashiers were related so they both thought each other was right when from the customers point of view they were absolutely wrong. I would not be making a visit to this location again.
