Awesome people! Hair loss/thinning is not an easy thing to deal with emotionally. But this issue is their "normal" even though the person dealing with it does not feel "normal". They make you feel so much better about your image. I strongly recommend Another Look Hair Institute. Fantastic place!

I am writing this review for my mom.  It is so helpful to have a boutique right at the cancer center.  Laurie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with answering the questions my mom had when it came time to pick out a wig, as well as afterwards with washing, styling, etc.  What a wonderful service!!

Great service, friendly staff! I've suffered from trichotillomania for almost 20 years and dread getting my hair cut, so much so that I usually do it myself to avoid the embarrassment. When i got there, I was greeted by several people and asked if I would like anything to drink while I waited. They made me feel very welcome. Jessica did my haircut, and she was amazing! I was treated to my own room for privacy, and she didn't rush me in and out. She asked me about my condition, what I like about my hair, what I don't like, what kind of cut I wanted... Everything she did she ran by me every step so I would be satisfied. She ended spending over an hour with me, and I love my hair! This is the first haircut in years that I've actually walked away feeling good about myself, not like I have to hide my hair. My boyfriend loved it too, and all co-workers were full of compliments. The best part is that it's so easy to manage and style and doesn't make me feel nervous about going out in the wind anymore. Thanks Jessica!

Love the staff! They give you the best experience I have ever had. They really do relaxation well! Becca & Karl are supurb at treatment & Jessica gave me a great haircut. Would recommend this spa to anyone.

Great staff. Have answered all my questions. Jessica has given me the haircut I had been asking for elsewhere for about 2 years. She pulled out her ipad, flipped through and said, "is this what you mean?"  Very pleased!
