I was traveling, my wife was dealing with an early morning leak behind the refrigerator.  At 7AM I called Beacon Plumbing who could be there at 9AM.  After their arrival I talked to my wife who said Beacon Plumbing  was charging us $800.00 to replace the $15 ice maker valve and the $5 plastic wall box.  I immediately called Beacon Plumbing and told them not to return to my house and called Another Plumber.  Bob came and identified the leak was coming from the ice maker hose fitting connected to the valve and tightened it 1/4 turn to stop the leak.  Bob did not charge us for the for his service call or for tightening the hose and simply said "call me again when you need a Plumber".  He is honest and unbelievably fair!  THANKS BOB!!!

Bob was fantastic. No hidden fees and he was very clear about the estimate. I will definitely call him again.

This plumber was friendly, informative, and reworked piping in my shower to accomodate newer fixtures. What a professional job and at a fraction of the cost of one of his competitors. Also, if there's a problem with his work, he comes out at no extra charge to look at and fix the problem.
