I called Beacon Plumbing after another plumbing company was putting off doing the job. Adrian came to the house the next day to give a bid and started the next day. This was a whole house re-plumbing and removing galvanized pipe. There were some unanticipated challenges as occur during remodels which put my timeline back a week. In order to get the job done, Mr McCoy, one of the owners came for two days to help Adrian complete the job! I was very happy with the service and the quality of the work. I will be calling them again. Thank you Adrain, Thank you

This past weekend, the original sewer system in my almost 100-year-old house decided to give up the ghost.  After hearing good things about Beacon Plumbing, I called them and they were able to come out in about two hours.  I needed a whole new sewer line and chose the trenchless system.  After getting the permit on Monday, they completed the work on Tuesday, and passed inspection on Wednesday.  Thanks to Gene S. and Anthony at Beacon Plumbing for a fantastic job.  They were professional, did excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves.  I'm very satisfied with Beacon Plumbing and would recommend them highly.

Customer service over the phone was great.  They said they would repair same day.  The tech came, he was friendly but did not repair same day and just gave me a quote.  Now the reason for a 1 star rating.   The quote was more than $8000 and they said this will take less than 1 day.  Since when do plumbers make $1000 an hour?  $2500 for hot water tank replacement?  Are you kidding me?

I'm a contractor and provided this company over 40 jobs this year alone.  I called in to get an estimate yesterday.  The man on the phone told me it would be $100 service fee to get an estimate and I agreed to this.  He said if I approve that they could start at the same time.  I asked for the cost per hour and he said they use a fixed rate.  I told him that my customer wants a rough estimate before starting the service.  And that it will require a a few hours to a day before approval.  His tone became negative over the phone and he told me "you are telling me we are sending a crew all the way out there for an estimate" !!  I was shocked by his tone.  He assumed I knew where they (Beacon Plumbing) was coming from!!!!!!  I told him I dont know where you are coming from?  I figured they had offices all over the Puget Sound but that is not case.   I told him that I did not appreciate his tone and that his comments were rude.  I hung up the phone on him.    It may of been a bad day for this gentleman, however I dont have the time to deal with unprofessional service people.  If my company talked to customers this way I would rather not be in business.  I will most likely provide this company another chance, but this experience was terrible, and wanted to share with others.  I found a different plumber and received estimate without the person being RUDE.  Thank god we consumers can leave a review.  Based on their reviews I see others are not happy as well, go figure.  Begin the freaken when you call Beacon if you speak to the individual they gave me.
