Anthony is a cool, calm and collected realtor who came through for us with the sale price he anticipated in the short time he indicated.  He connected us with professionals who helped prepare our house for sale, who made it a better house worthy of a better price.  Anthony and his team were always professional, attentive and responsive.  There were no excuses or broken promises from beginning to end.  I appreciated his candor and calm tone.  He did not use the high pressure sales tactics so often used by salesmen to get your business.  This gave us the additional confidence we needed to select him as our realtor, in addition to the facts and figures he presented to prove he could do the job well of selling our house.  It was a pleasure working with him.

Anthony was / is an absolute professional and a pleasure to deal with. In our particular circumstance Anthony had the difficult task of representing both the sellers and us, the buyers, best interests. Anthony accomplished this with great professionalism and courtesy. I met Anthony several years ago and hired him this year to sell our rental property in the Hayward hills, which we have owned for 30 years. There was a lot of construction work and updates that were required to sell our property. Anthony was amazing when it came to helping us move quickly through this process and to get our house listed on the market. In addition he found us a buyer in two weeks. He knows his area and handles himself very professional. We will continue to use him in the future and always recommend him to everyone looking to buy or sell. Anthony was super friendly and understood the market really well. He helped us a great deal when buying our house. He also has a lot of connections and was even as kind as to clean the house for us even if he really didn't have to do it. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Anthony Renowitzky and Fohl and McClellan Real Estate! Anthony was a great realtor for us. He suggested a list price for our house and estimated what he tought we would get for it. And we did--even higher! We chose him over other realtors we interviewed because he really knows the local market in Hayward--the houses and the people. And he's close by to stay on top of everything personally. I first observed him in action at an open house in our neighborhood and I really liked his approach with all the folks walking through the door. He wasn't a sleazy used car salesman. He wasn't pushy nor did he hover, but he was ready to answer any questions folks asked. He was just a normal, friendly person. Both that property and ours quickly received multiple offers from the open house so his approach works. 
 
He's also a strong negotiator, juggling multiple offers and counter-offers. He gave us much advice to help us decide when and what to counter-offer or accept, but always let us make the decisions. He never pushed us one way or another. Selling one's house is a huge and stressful life decision and Anthony was a calming and reassuring influence throughout the entire process. Before our house hit the market, we moved to another state, but Anthony and team kept us apprised every step of the way with phone calls and emails and documents to electronically sign. 

We were very hands-on sellers, wanting to learn everything about the process and participate as much as possible in every step--call us micromanagers, control freaks even :)--but Anthony and Mirella were always patient and immediately responsive. On the other hand, if you prefer it, you can let Anthony and the team handle nearly everything for you. They're full service. They can suggest and recommend repairs and upgrades to get the best price, but they let you decide. Or you can tell them the maximum budget you want to spend and they'll do as much as they can. They can also recommend various contractors for the different types of work or you can choose your own. We chose their recommendations (we didn't know anyone nor did we have the time to research) and we were very pleased with the results. They also can coordinate all of that scheduling--around your busy schedule (and your doggies :) or after you've moved out. They managed to juggle all that and make it happen very quickly after we made the decision to list with them. Thank you, Anthony!
