At the age of 30, buying a home is no easy task. It was like taking a college course as an elementary student. Nationwide Fine Homes sincerely helped me not only purchase a property but find my family’s dream home. Mehran and Alessandra Imanabadi have truly showcased their real estate expertise. I must have been presented hundreds of pages of paperwork and it was overwhelming. However, the Imanabadis were on top of this challenge. They explained every single item that I did not understand and made sure it was clear to me before I signed. 

They worked tirelessly with everyone involved, from the escrow to several inspections, to make this process a successful one. 

I was very happy to receive a huge credit with Mehran’s help. He also gave us recommendations of where to purchase materials for upgrading our kitchen and baths in great deals without compromising quality. 

Nationwide Fine Homes was recommended to us by my brother-in-law. He was so excited and confident about this recommendation and now we are as well! 

Do not let home buying intimidate and overwhelm you. Educate yourself!

I can not be more grateful with Alessandra and Mehran, they are very knowledgeable and a perfect team, I friend of mine recommend them after their experience in finding their home and I have to say that they exceded my expectations, since the beginning I had the feeling that I was in a good hands, thank you guys for all the patience and guidance! 100% recommended

For several years now I've been involved in the Real Estate industry, and I've worked with many interesting realtors, but Alessandra Imanabadi and her team stand alone among the multitude. Alessandra has a heart of gold, she genuinely cares about the success of her clients, and she's completely thorough, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to combing through the details. 

Every person I've ever referred to her contact me to thank me for placing them in such great hands. Her negotiation skills are hands-down the best in the industry, and I couldn't imagine placing my own personal Real Estate needs, or those of anyone I care about in any other realtor's hands.
