Love to shop here. Only gave it four stars, because at this particular location in Bonita Springs I have found that most (but not all) of the staff to be snooty and unfriendly.

I was visiting Florida and went to Anthony's looking for a new pair of sandals.  Everyone there was very helpful and I couldn't believe the great prices.  I will be recommending them to friends who go to Florida and will be going back when I return.

I was shopping for a dress for family photos and was greeted and asked if I needed help. I gave them my ideas and within 10 minutes I had a dress in hand that I LOVE (and a great price)!!!  Excellent customer service by the store assist manager and Ruth!

I had a great shopping experience at your store.  Michelle, the assistant manager, was polite and prompt and fun to chat with.  I will definitely be going back to shop at Anthony's in the future!

I was returning a couple items and wanted to do some shopping, also. As I approached the counter, I noticed a few customers waiting in line to buy. So I walked up to the counter to ask the sales clerk to hold my returns while I shopped. She got all miffed and said she was busy helping a customer. I persisted and finally got her to put my returns bag behind the counter. (It's far better for the store's bottom-line to have customers out shopping and trying on clothes rather than standing in line for 5-10 minutes cooling their heels prior to shopping.)
