I am rating purely on the high quality pharmacists here.  These are Doctors people. They know more about drugs than your family care doctor and usually they have to call your doctor to find out why they are trying to mix your meds.  The schooling they go through is very demanding and very expensive.  Yes there are long lines inside and the drive through.  Please be patient as these folks are here to help you. 

I don’t work for Walgreens. I do stand in line with the snowbirds and hear them complaining that the line is long. Why stand in line when I can go to one that doesn’t have a line?  These are the best pharmacists around.  It’s worth standing here waiting my turn since I know I will be treated with respect and my meds will be correct.

Worst pharmacy experience I've had anywhere. Went through the drive thru this morning, sat there for 10 minutes & no one ever acknowledged me or came to help, to tell me it would be a minute etc. Nothing. 

I left & came back after I picked my daughter up from school. Got here at 1. The drive thru line was 5 cars deep and not moving so we went in. There was a line, but moving more than the drive thru. Get to the counter for them to tell us they put the medicine back on the shelf and it would be 20 minutes. Thats fine. Wait 20 minutes, go back up and the line is 10 people deep. So we swap and go to the drive thru, which has 3 cars in it now. By the time we get to the window it's been over 30 minutes since they told us it would be 20 minutes. Medicine still isn't ready. 😡 

They either need more staff, or they need better attentive/fast paced staff. Been here for an hour and still have yet to receive what we came for. As I typed this I've been sitting in front of the window, just waiting. There's at least 3 other vehicles behind me. 

Ridiculous.

The two ladies working the pharmacy with the colorful hair come off as judgmental and attitudinal. Im not sure if this affects job performance but i wont be back.

Very long lines always, staff has few customer service skills. Try somewhere else.

There is one younger female pharmacist that is good, if she's not in plan for major major inconveniences, in fact plan on being ignored for the drive through as I have every time I ever deal with them. Just because it's convenient doesn't mean it's a good choice of store. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Heads up the one at Vanderbilt and 41 has much better customer service.
