Usually is a nice place, always get in to have nails done with no problem...quality work. Today came in for a quick mani (no polish, usually takes them about 15 min to do), waited for 15 min, while 4 girls were sitting at their tables playing on their phones. After inquiring as to how much longer i would have to wait, was told a few more minutes and a girl should be coming to get me, i waited for yet another 5min and no one came. Couldn't wait any longer as i have a shop to open a few doors down from them. If there is a wait longer then 10 min, client should be made aware of it when they sign in, not have to sit there in suspense for 20 min.

This place is the place to go the only thing that is bad is the CUSTOMERS. Not all but some of them because they are so rude and inconsiderate. EVERYONE that works there is friendly and you can have a great conversation while they are doing your nails. If you think the place is bad then leave don't cry about it and try to make a scene trying to get out of paying for something that they went to school for. Do it yourself if you don't like the way someone else does it... simply as that.

I paid $75 dollars for a full set and a pedicure. Not only was I on my way to walk out and then they decided to take me they lady I got was sooooo rude I got the manager and he was no better! Then here it is a week later and my nails are lifting already!!! Please don't let the location and the inside fool you it's a complete waste of time and MONEY!

Horrible. Turned away twice because of my color basically. Couldn't give me a valid reason as to why they couldn't do my Gel Polish !!!!!!! But it's okay I reported them because the comment displayed speaks volumes!

Disappointed! The nail stylist was quick, socialized with other stylist while applying my shellac. I was in & out in approximately half an hour🤔 This was on a Friday ... by Sunday my shellac was coming off (usually lasts 3 weeks, not 3 days!). Returned on Sunday after a 9 hr work day & was told " a polish change is not guaranteed". Interesting, my polish changes ALWAYs last 3 weeks. They told me they would fix it. I did not have time to have my nails done AGAIN & then be CHARGED again! Just FYI! There are plenty of other nail salons out there girls! Also wanted to mention that the massage chairs DONT always work when getting a pedicure! So, don't get too excited if you are expecting that during your pefi😩
