I wanted color with a little cut with small curls. My appointment was at 12:30pm. I didn't get seen until 1:30pm because the stylist had another client. She left the dye in my head for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Her family came in the shop, while I was waiting with the dye in my head, and they started conversing. When she finally got to me, I showed her the style that I was going for. She said ok, I could do that. I told her not to cut too much. The stylist brought out the clippers...and proceeded to cut the majority of my hair off.  When I questioned her about it, she said that she was snapping my head. The stylist then asked me if I wanted a part in my head. I said no and she said "Yeah I don't know how to do that anyway." In the middle of cutting my hair off, she got on the phone and PROCEEDED TO HAVE A PERSONAL PHONE CALL WHILE CUTTING MY HAIR. Needless to say I did not get what I wanted. I wanted short with curls, Toni Braxton-inspired style. I came out of there looking like Grace Jones in the 80s. Also the color only took in parts of my head. Never again.
