Was very torn what rating to leave. I've had really friendly staff experiences here but also some of the worst of my life. A year or so ago an older staff member here body shamed me and had me crying thinking about it afterwards. Was very rude and I've often wished I'd reported her so she didn't treat others that way in the future. 
For the most part items here are incredibly overpriced but upstairs at the back they have a permanent clearance section where you can get some really good deals (especially on toiletries). 
Very basic stationary, gifts and homewares (you're better off going to Main Street where you'll have a larger selection, lower prices and be supporting local independent companies) but the makeup and toiletries are nice and the clothes are lovely. Great place to shop for wedding outfits or smarter everyday clothes.
