I had a very pleasant shopping experience here. I had bought my hat and shirt online and came to the store to return an item. The service representatives working the front end gave me no trouble and were more than accommodating. I even got my head measured and they exchanged my hat for one that fit properly with no fuss! The poor lady had to touch my sweaty forehead (it was a hot summer day) and made no fuss about it. 10/10 would recommend.

Great selection of high quality products. Staff are helpful and very knowledgeable. The return policy is outstanding and many of the products have a lifetime guarantee. The products are expensive, but worth it. I am happy with what I purchased and can definitely see myself going back. Tilley is a great example of what a store should strive to be.

While the word "service" has become somewhat of an oxymoron these days, one place where service is personified by the likes of Nikki Tilley and the wonderful staff is at Tilley Vancouver on Broadway.

Excellent Customer Service including details of garment sunscreen protection and delivery challenges that needed to be achieved while I was in Vancouver for only a short period.

I have always considered Tilley as one of the best! Great customer service, extremely good quality among any number of other positive aspects. A number of weeks ago I purchased a number of items preparing for a trip abroad, unfortunately the zip off pants I wanted were not available at the store in my size or colour. I was told they would be ordered and I would be called when they arrived. I waited for several weeks but no call. I followed up and was told a shipment had arrived that day and they would check, another shipment was expected the next day and they would call. I waited for a couple of weeks more and followed up again. When they checked my order I was informed the pants I had ordered would not arrive until the end of December! This is several weeks after I plan to leave on my trip! The person I spoke to was very polite and accommodating and cannot be blamed for this, but there sure seems to be deterioration in service. Might have been a good thing to let me know about the unacceptable delay! if I ran my business this way I'd be out of business!
