When ordering online, CAREFULLY check the shipping address. I accidentally placed an order w/ the wrong shipping address and my experience trying to talk to a customer service representative to resolve was MISERABLE. The manager refused to change the shipping address or refund the purchase.

I have to start off completely loving Anthropologie products!!! I have shopped at Anthropologie for at least ten years!! I have visited several stores (Charlotte, Savannah, Greensboro, Raleigh, etc) and the Asheville store has disappointed me with their service consistently every time!! Asheville is a Amazing laid back city, but the employees act as if they are better!!! I hope by this review they take note and actually enjoy their job and decide to enjoy helping women pick out beautiful clothes for each other.

Pet friendly store, ( they had the local rescue in the front of the store when we came in).  Good selection of women's clothes, bit on the pricy side tho. Spent $100 on 2 items from clearance. Nice, comfortable and roomy changing rooms, Very helpful and attentive staff.
