Came here with  my wife. Only place to sit while she shopped was the stairs. Music was playing at a ridiculous volume. Was ready to leave immediately.

Not nearly as good of a selection as the website. Staff looked gloomy, store only had clothing mostly. Online they have lots of decor, furniture, nicknacks this place didn't. It was more like forever 21

I was shopping at your store located in Asheville, NC on February 29th around 6 p.m. While at the register I started to feel really light headed and blackout out. I slid down to the floor cause I knew I was passing out and my friends were trying to calm me down. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed about the situation due to how the employees reacted. No help was offered they simply ignored me. Your coworkers literally just looked at me and didn’t say anything. They didn’t even have the decency to ask if I was okay. My friend asked one of them if there was a bathroom cause I had just passed out ! And all they could say was “no”
I have never experienced such poor service at any store like that. Anybody would act fast to any situation like that, and all your coworkers could say was “ no we don’t have a bathroom” 
Unbelievable.
