Called in my order at 5:45, was told 45 min for pick up. Paid for my pizza at 6:36, 7:07 was told they "lost" my pizza. Yes they were busy but had a ton of employees work there, which were yelling at each other, had NO organization or management whatsoever. I have worked for a pizza shop growing up and if we were ever that busy we wouldn't "lose" orders. Complete waste of my time. Called my husband to turn the oven on at home and put the frozen pizza in the oven. Love their pizza but will drive over to the North Royalton location from now on.

Just received my order 20 minutes late, with no fork for the salad and room temperature beverages. I think it goes without saying that you want a utensil to eat your food and beverages that dont feel like they were sitting in the sun. The delivery person was courteous.

Going to keep looking for local pizza - have tried this location multiple times and been disappointed more often than not. Last few attempts either have taken over an 90 minutes for delivery (was told 45-50), food is often cold or as the last order - not even cooked the whole way through and left soggy crust. Even the pick up takes 30 minutes to order. If I'm waiting that long and having to pick up I'd rather wait the 30 minutes for Danny Boys Deep Dish

Best pizza and wings. And they delivered all the way to Richfield when several other places didn't. Ann was very polite and helpful when placing my order and the delivery driver Desmond went above and beyond and brought my food quickly. Wings tasted like they just came out. Highly recommend!
