The Service is amazing, the workers are my favorite people in the world. the pizza's wee fantastic, I am always pleased with the recommendations given by the workers. I could eat there 7 times a week.

My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch and walked right up to the counter!! Food was delicious and I love that I can create my own pizza and see the ingredients. Only downside was the menu was a little hard to understand and the staff wasn't knowledgeable about the lunch special (although he said he has been working here for 3 months)

Walked into the restaurant and was met by the dead eyes of the unprofessional employee taking my order. He sounded like he was high or somthing and he wasn't the only one who looked that way. Any time you would ask a question to any of the employees they would look at you and act like you just asked them what the meaning of life is. Not only was the staff horrible but the music was horrible too. First off we are not on the east side of Cleveland, family's go to eat here and they have dr, Dre, snoop dog, and other garbage rap playing loudly as you eat. The pizza is pretty decent but when paying 22 dollars for a pizza I would expect a bit more service, all we got were the morons laughing behind the counter while my pizza sat on the counter getting cold. If you are going to make a sit down pizza place have the people bring the pizza to the table don't make the customers wait in a big bunch near the register. The pizza is good but I would much rather spend 5 dollars and eat the cardboard garbage at little cessers than eat here again, hell the little cessers employees are far more competent, have my order done in 5 mins, and I don't have to listen to garbage vulgar rap music the entire time. I honestly don't see this place lasting more that 3 more years here. A few of them popped up around the area but with the garbage service and the expensive processes the Cleveland area has far more better pizza places to choose from. Stop acting like chipotle, if the customers have to order at the register that's fine, but don't make them get back up to get the pizza, that's what you're employees should be doing!!!
