I called cause they were the first ones on google. I have now been price comparing and definitely not the best and it took them 50 mins to get to me. he’s said he was giving me a break in the price and charged me $60!!

I called shortly after 10pm on a Thursday night and got voicemail.  I left a message explaining I needed help getting into my home because I was locked out, called again when I got no return call, and still nothing.  It wouldn't have been so irritating had they not advertised being available 24 hours a day.  Also, at least return my call.  I had dogs inside and was panicked.  I won't be contacting this company again.

I called late on a Sunday night. I had the service tech there in 15 min as promised. No other lock and key company answered their phone.  None
