About a month into my three month membership, I lost my key card... I emailed them and texted them and it took over a week for them to tell me I had to pay $35 to replace it. If they had told me that one or two days after I reached out to them, I would be upset but at myself for loosing the card. But for me to have to reach out to them again, again and again... wasting a good amount of only a three month membership and them charge me? No. Waste of time, money and my emotions. I am very unhappy with how they handled things and I will NEVER go back to any Anytime Fitness again, which is a bummer because I am a travel nurse and could use a good gym wherever I live and have many people to refer business to them, which I will not do anymore. The gym itself was whatever so I guess it is not a big loss...other than my money which they refused to give me even though I will not be going back 2 out of my 3 month member ship...

Love the fact I can go workout and not worry about strangers coming on. Since its a members only gym

Facilities are clean and despite the smaller size I've not found it to be lacking in equipment. Membership is cheap compared to some gyms and also international in scale.

I love working out here. It's always clean and has plenty of machines and free weights. PLUS, they have tanning and a hydromassage! The hyrdomassage is gold, if you've never tried one. The staff is friendly and welcoming and when I lost some motivation I got a text asking if I was okay and saying they missed me at the gym. That's really what I needed and it was pretty cool since they were getting my money anyway.

They took weeks to respond to my inquiry. Their facility is also very basic and often overcrowded. I would not recommend.
