Vault has helped me on my fitness journey in so many ways. I’ve done a little of everything Nutrition, personal training, and group classes and have gained information, strength, and confidence. Everyone who I’ve interacted with has been incredibly helpful, supportive, and informative. With nutrition, Stephanie helped me build better habits, and has helped me find a path for a fitness journey for my crazy busy life! I leaned a lot about strength training in personal training, and I have loved all of the group classes. Not only are the instructors helpful and fun, but the other people in the classes are very welcoming. No matter how you approach your fitness journey, Vault Health & Fitness will help you learn and improve for an awesome fitness journey!
I started back in the fall after feeling exhausted being a new mom and putting on weight after pregnancy. I was hurting just getting up and down and couldn’t keep up with my now toddler at the playground. When I met with Matt for my initial consultation, my goal was to become more consistent with exercise and be able to keep up with my toddler on the playground. I initially started with onboarding private training sessions and group classes and then shifted to nutrition as the next step. I recently finished the 16 week nutrition program with coach Adam. The coach’s in the classes are all awesome. Adam was amazing at encouraging me, providing education, and developing a plan specifically for my needs with PCOS. I’ve officially lost all my baby weight and then some, have grown stronger, and for the first time since I was probably a kid crawled through a tunnel at the playground with my toddler. Love vault and my toddler does too!
Six months ago, I decided to change the trajectory of my life. I was post-op for knee surgery and undergoing physical therapy for a frozen shoulder. My hair was falling out, I was overweight and lacked energy. I knew I needed support to get my life back on track. Vault Health & Fitness was the answer to these issues. Gaining knowledge from professional coaches for nutrition and training was the best investment I made for myself. Instead of feeling tired and out of shape, I now have energy to last throughout the day. I have confidence and know strength and being fit is the fountain of youth. Vault is not just a gym, but a community where everyday people come together to support one another in their fitness journey.
I had such a great experience at Vault! All of the coaches are so helpful, happy, and just all around great to be around. They all believe in you and make it easy to be comfortable in the gym! The group classes are really enjoyable and I had great results from the 16 week Habits Nutrition program with Adam as my nutrition coach! Highly recommend Vault to anyone trying to get happy and healthy!
My time here at Vault has been great thus far! Moving to the area in August, I was determined to find a gym that would motivate me to push myself to work hard and achieve my fitness goals. Joining Vault has proven to be a transformative step in my health and fitness journey. The structured workouts and professional guidance have not only improved my physical strength and endurance but also boosted my confidence. Additionally, the supportive gym community has made exercising enjoyable and motivational. The coaches are amazing and have really made me feel welcomed ever since I started a month or so ago:
I love the vibe at Vault, always welcoming and motivating!! And after just 7 weeks I’m noticing already, I feel much stronger and have more energy!! Hannah is a great coach and I feel really listens to me and tailors my work-outs based on my needs and what results I’m looking for. She always makes sure I am using the proper form and encourages me to push myself to get my best work-out, I love that!! That’s very important to me and she knows that. If you’re looking to get your best work-out, with the best coaches, this is the place!!
Adam is a 5 star Nutrition Coach! I have worked with him for months on the Healthy Habits Nutrition and through maintenance and now "Back to Work" as I call it! He is knowledgeable beyond words. Always professional, encouraging and positive. Extremely good with people. Nothing rattles him and he is very honest with clients. He is legit the real deal! Vault is lucky to have Coach Adam and I am lucky to have found him! Trust the process and say yes!
Review I have been at Vault for nearly two months and my overall experience and progress have been great. I am enrolled in the hybrid program which is a combination of classes and personal training. Adam is my trainer and he has been amazing and exceeded my expectations. He continues to push me to my maximum potential and holds me accountable. With his guidance and the killer workouts at Vault, I feel and look the best I have in a longtime. If you put in the time and effort, the results will follow. I repeated my body scan after 1 month and lost 10 lbs of body fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle. All of the coaches go above and beyond. I love that we celebrate all the wins, even the small ones! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The coaches I’ve worked with in class are all dedicated, knowledgeable, and so much fun. They will definitely challenge and help you to reach your goals!
I have been a member at Vault Health & Fitness for 3 months and I am extremely satisfied and impressed. I originally attended a class during Friends Week and was instantly hooked. In addition to building muscle, my overall flexibility and balance has increased substantially. Their nutrition guidance is the best I have seen and they hold you accountable in the best way possible. The trainers are friendly but also push you. They know that form while lifting is important to me and go out of their way to ensure I do each exercise properly. I absolutely love that! The bottom line....if you are not getting the results you want at Vault, you have no one to blame but yourself. As an added bonus, the members are really great people and you start to build a little bit of a gym family, which I find keeps me accountable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
I am new in town and wanted to find a gym that has classes. What I love about The Vault is the Accountability. Adam was my trainer through all of my Personal Training. He is so kind, motivating, and the best listener. None of my workouts felt like and hour because all we did is laugh. Matt is also someone who sincerely wants the best for every member. And Erin trainer is the girlfriend I get to laugh with in every class. I truly appreciate the coaches, and the amazing community of people that I met.
