Great gym, multiple racks and sets of kettlebells. Tons of machines and cardio equipment including a stairstepper. They also have an aerobics room with battle ropes, medicine balls, resistance bands, jump boxes, and exercise balls. They also have showers and tanning on-site. They also have great personal trainers, my trainer is Jesse and he is great, even though i have 1 session a week he is willing to answer questions outside of that session wether its nutritional or work out related which is awesome. In a month i have lost 32lbs. I know others that have Randy as their trainer and also see tremendous results.

It was nice...For a while! This place goes through managers like underwear! Isn't it enough that this place is cramped and gets crowded very fast?! The last manager they had, Rachel(?) kept the place clean and locked up (it is next door to a wing/beer joint. Lots of drunks wandering around outside). Then she quit! And, sure enough after she left, the place started to get filthy (this isn't the first time they had a good manager leave). The towel wipes were empty. People were using the benches/sitting machines mostly to "chillax" on their cell phones. And, yes! The drunks from the wing place next door started bumbling in to leer and ogle at the ladies! I already have enough trouble working out when it is so crowded and cramped, but when there are these fat, bloated, A-holes stumbling in, smelling of beer and cigarettes... It's time to leave (mostly out of fear that one or more of them are going to be so drunk they feel brave and try to pick a fight with someone)! DONE!

Very nice environment, friendly staff, nice equipment. Also great side services such as different classes and events! Rachel is awesome too!!

Pricey for a small gym but friendly employees. The only part I don't like is being stuck in a contract and unable to cancel membership.
