The gym itself is great but the cancellation process is awful. The franchise owner clearly doesn't take his job seriously and just wants to make a quick buck. I originally cancelled my membership two months ago and assumed I'd have one more bill, which is fine. I had to get a new credit card the month after with a new number and they ended up getting my new credit card without my authorization and continued to charge me. At that point I called the gym and asked to speak to the owner and they said he wasn't in but they would take a message and have him call me back... Never got a call back. A few days later I walked in another cancellation letter stating in the letter that I wanted some kind of confirmation that the membership has been cancelled. Its been a week and a half and still nothing. So I called again to try and speak to the owner and shocker... He wasn't there. The associate who answered the phone that day told me that my membership wasn't even pending for the process of being cancelled, to which she even seemed shocked. This sweet girl listened to my complaint and zeroed out my next 2 payments since thats the only authority she has with the memberships. She also said that she would leave Hector the franchise owner an urgent message to call me back on 10/19 when he was actually on the schedule. Again... no call. This is ridiculous and I have blocked my payments from this franchise.

was a better gym until they got more members, now that they have their money customers are just monthly payments. just pay attention to the policies. about to move and I have to get mail records to prove that I sent a cancellation letter and that the mail delivered it correctly for an extra charge. find a gym that's realistic,  remember you get what you pay for.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Worst gym/membership experience ever. We have been trying to cancel our membership for over 2 months already. They keep charging us the monthly fee and do not return calls/emails. Kids that pick up the phone are clueless and the owner is never there to speak to. We were told he comes in the evening, tried calling numerous times, nope, not there, then we were told he comes in the morning. Beyond frustrated with these people. This will get reported.

Place is poorly managed, to cheap or lazy to clean the gym.  Management is a mess.  Manager is also to busy to call back.  I cancelled my membership in March and have been billed twice since then.   Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they take pride in their gym instead of taking money.

Amazing gym. Awesome staff, equipment is brand new and clean, bathrooms and showers are clean! I recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to get in shape all the way to serious weight lifters! They do a great job.

I have been an on and off member over the past 5 years, and have always recived wonderful customer service. For example I just recentaly confronted an associate about one of the cardio machines not syncing up with the nearest T.V. She tryed fixing it, but said she would let her manager know about the issue. I went back the next day to find my issue resolved! Everyone that I have encountered at both the Mundelein and Waconda location have been friendly, welcoming, and helpful people!! For the price and 24/7 convince this gym is a great one to be apart of!

I've had the membership for over 6 months and haven't used it or been there not even once. So I called them can they just freeze my membership till further notice so I can decide of I wanted to keep or cancel my membership. Last month they charged my account without calling. So unprofessional. I will not recommend this gym to no one

I like this location so much more than Wheeling location. This gym is clean and has plenty of equipment. I usually go early in the morning, about 5 am, so I don't have any opinion about their staff.

Great facility with nice and friendly employee's. Facility is clean and machines are well kept. Gym has plenty of space between machines. Bathrooms are well kept and showers are very clean.
