It’s literally like it’s my own personal gym. I’m not a fancy weight lifter or anything special. No one needs high end machines or weights like bow flex to get where you need to get. The quality here is perfect! Lift to lift, lift to show off. Lift how ever, WHENEVER, you feel! Quality assured!

Very friendly staff gave me great flexibility as I was visiting from out of town for an indeterminate number of months. Very good equipment with almost zero wait times. Am going to miss it when I return home. The only down sides are that they don't have towel service and the locker rooms are not much to speak of, but coming dressed to exercise and bringing my own towel was no big deal.

The new owner has added equipment! The gym has a great staff and atmosphere. I've never had a problem with the equipment or tanning beds and looking forward to the upcoming changes!

This place is always dirty, I can't even use the ab workout machine because it gives ke shoulder acne, there isn't any cups for water, no towel service, the tanning bed makes your skin flake. This is the worst anytime fitness I've ever been to and sadly it's the only one in my town, it's always out of paper towels. If you're going to put money towards a gym go elsewhere. They don't even offer classes anymore.
