It's open 24hrs daily. It's at a good location. They have other classes there like yoga. There are trainers there if you need help with any of the machines.

I have been a member since it opened.  This Gym is always CLEAN!! there is unlimited equipment and exercise options.  Over the past 6 months I signed up with a trainer and it will forever change my life.  Hands down the best option in Aberdeen, and you can always go for a workout whenever you feel like it because of the 24 hour access.

The gym itself was fine. No complaints! I gave it two stars because when I called in to cancel my membership, the guy said he couldn't do anything about it because the last location i used (Sioux Falls) would be the one to get a hold of if I wanted to do so. Made no damn sense!
