I love it here! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s always really clean and smells good, considering it’s a gym, that must be hard to do. The staff are outstanding. Mallorie always has such a warm smile and kind words to make you feel like family. Kirstin is so sweet and always greats you win a hug. And Ashely has to be the best trainer on this planet, really approachable and makes you work hard, and encourages you the whole time. I would never go anywhere else. I love this place.

Everything needed to get into great shape. Also unlimited free tanning plus you can set up your own personal video fitness class. Have always been able to use the equipment I wanted. Never overcrowded. Manager, staff are very helpful and encouraging.

I signed up for 2 people earlier this year and unfortunately the second person cannot go anymore. So now I am stuck paying for 2 people when I'm the only one able to go. I called and went in to try and work something out. No help. The lady was kind of rude. I was told there is absolutely nothing they could do unless I pay out my contract. Turned out to be $600+! I understand there is a contract, but life happens and normally places conform for the customers paying the bills. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Keys do not work at any location. Family assumed I cancelled membership. Called to tell them and they tell me we don't know how to work a key! I asked if anything can be done and she was RUDE and says NOPE! Mallory worst manager EVER!! DO NOT SIGN UP!

The facility is sufficiently equipped and marginally devoted to group classes and instruction. The monthly fees are some of the highest sround --triple the fitness centers where their is competition. It is only by the fact that it allows reciprocity accross the country to any affiliated franchise that the get three stars. Thankfully, the place is clean!
