Love this gym. My children Luke & Kiersten really enjoy Marcus Green's Boxing classes.

I've taken the Boxing Conditioning Class taught by Jacob and Derrick in addition to the D.U.T. Class taught by Garrett and Joseph and Fight Fit taught by Scott. As a seasoned fitness enthusiast I have not been disappointed. All classes are well-suited for beginners and athletes alike. My favorite gym amenity is their Open Gym time, which is whenever they are open. 😀 The free weight area and machines are on par too. Definitely worth a look if you desire a comprehensive workout and training facility with knowledgeable staff and coaches.

signed up for personal training, trainer was very motivating 1st time and second time, third time was same routine watching clock, disappointing for what I paid for the training. several attempts to cancel membership including keeping copy of signed termination was very flustrating with collection texts and robo calls to pay for my gym membership I had cancelled with 30 days notice, clean facility, subpar locker room, some very helpful people at counter but lots of change in trainers and a bit overpriced for comparable facilities, the YMCA down the street is cheaper for the whole family than one person membership per month of 79.95 do some shopping beforehand.
