I love this gym. 
I do group classes 3x a week. Two lunch time classes and a Sunday morning class. 
The classes are core and cardio. Great intense workout!

WILL NOT REFERE or go back. No one to show me around or make me feel like joining. VERY Disappointed . Wanted to give a 1 star but review would not go through .

Big lack of customer service.  I waited for 20 minutes for the owner "adam" to get off the phone so they could go over pricing.  Its one thing to be on a business call, but he was very obviously on a private call.  He was rude and short with me.  I understand people being busy but when i am at work, its my main focus.  I decided to take my business elsewhere
