Excellent gym for those that just like lifting heavy weights. If you are looking for a family friendly fitness center where you can eat pizza while you peddle a stationary bike you might want to go somewhere else. The cardio equipment is limited but the weight machines are plentiful. I've never had a bad workout in this gym. Sometimes things can get a little crowded during the middle of the day but if your goals require more than 65 pound dumbbells you won't find a better equipped facility in Valdosta. The staff is friendly and well informed and the facility is clean and well kept. Make sure you are dressed before you get here. The one lone negative remark I could make (and the only reason I don't rate five stars) is the lack of a changing room. There are lockers available to hold onto your valuables however.
