Great facility. Jayne the manager is the best. Always upbeat and extremely friendly to everyone. Makes you glad you stopped in. Lots of extras, boot camps, challenges, contests. Super atmosphere

The club is always clean, friendly, and of course, accessible! It is not intimidating - older women like myself who don't wear spandex are very welcome. Fun and rewarding.

Everyone I've met and worked with has been very supportive and helpful. I've never belonged to a gym before because I've always felt a little intimidated about the whole "working out" thing. I have felt very encouraged by the staff, and they have helped to ease my fears of "going to the gym".

The gym experience is okay. Its small and lacks some very basic equipment. Also be careful when giving them your credit card information ,I was overcharged every month except one and have spoken with many others who have said the same. The staff seems friendly but they use a proxy billing company whom charged me an additional $20 for service fee per month outside the first month when I paid cash upfront. Local management wasnt helpful. Good luck
