Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga for Golfers, Meditation, Reiki Therapy
Available for private sessions in Ashtanga Yoga. If you want me to fit you in with another class OR make up your own with your friends. Minimum of 2 students and a maximum of 6/7.
Classes are posted every Sunday for upcoming week. I am open to setting up times that work for you if you don't see a class that will work. If you have a few friends that you would like to create your own private class contact me to work out a schedule. Otherwise, I can fit you into another class. Classes are $10 a person for an hour of yoga. If there is interest I can do weekends and later classes as well.
Reiki Therapy is also available. 1/2 hour and 1 hour sessions. Please contact me for appointment or more information.
