I went for a yoga class with Kathy Lamb. Everyone was so friendly, and the class was amazing!

Great place to work out. Staff and patrons are super friendly. Have lost 30 pounds since August. Working out with a friend helps. We challenge each other.

The best gym atmosphere anyone can ask for. Especially in a small town with limited choices.

I love this place. Clean facilities. Individual showers. It's never super busy. Machines are always readily available. Management is great. Zumba class is fun.
