Good gym. its really nice

As a visitor to Palestine TX here on business, I had enjoyed the use of this gym. The gym was clean and being cleaned by staff while being used, everyone actually abides by the rules (ie: re-racking weights and wiping down machines) and the staff are very friendly.I have been all over the country using a variety of gyms (Snap, Anytime, 24 Hour Fitness, Golds, etc. - some I am a member of and some I pay for weekly use) and this was definently an impressionable gym. For starters, it isn't empty like most Snap/Anytime Fitnesses and it feels very safe with local, responsible members. The location and hours are very convenient with a Subway and other post-workout meals available down the street. If I am ever in the area again, I will gladly return to this gym.

Watch out for the young lady-trainer. She is oblivious to the things around her and will certainly not hesitate to set up a client in a routine inches behind you... Very common problem with trainers anymore. I guess I need eyes on the back of my head. /:-(
