I don't go as often as I should, but the equipment is always clean and in good working order.  The variety of equipment is great.  Being a small gym, for me, makes it more personalized and it is convienent.

Since this gym has been under new management , I've seen such a turn around! This gym was neglected for so long with a crappy staff. Homegirl would sit in her office with the light off and the door closed!!
In the last year i've seen major improvements. Firstly, the awful smell is gone, i've seen tons of new equipment come in and replace older equipment, there is a friendly manger on duty and PRESENT during staffed hours, and now there's trainers in there to help. I'm so glad to see this gym turn around to someone who cares and has a passion for fitness .

Walked in not motivated to do legs and LeRoy helped me with no problem, BEST workout ever. I absolutely love the facility, the trainers are great, always clean. Highly recommend this gym to anyone that ask about it. Well worth my money.

A bit small but has the essentials. Clean gym, quieter as well. 24 hours if you're a member, though only staffed during regular working hours.

Greatly missing a real squat rack though - benching or squats are limited to a Smith machine or dumbbells.

EDIT: they recently added a squat rack, woo!
