Go with experience, go with proven results! Hello, I am Joe Ciarla and I am a local Realtor and owner of Anytime Realty in North Port, Florida along with my wife Elaine. We happily serve North Port and surrounding areas including Bradenton. Sarasota, Venice, Englewood, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. We have been helping people buy and sell real estate since 2005 and been personally investing in real estate since 2003. Being knowledgeable, ethical and hardworking has blessed us with longevity and success in our career and life. My wife and I have closed over 1300 real estate transactions since 2005 and our company Anytime Realty has closed over an additional 1000 real estate transactions since we opened in 2010. We have an awesome team of Realtors here at Anytime Realty. With a focus on customer service and expertise we stand ready to serve all your real estate needs.

I bought a house with Anytime and had a great experience.  They were professional and closed in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend

I closed two weeks ago. During the inspection it was determined that the air conditioning unit was not working. The realitor say she contacted the other realitor to have it looked at and we were informed that the unit was new and working properly. I told my realitor I wanted the unit fixed and I was not going to be responsible for the repairs and was assured that the previous owner would pay. I requested a closing at end of July but the current owner wanted it pushed up to end of June. I agree as long as everything was in working. I live out of state and was told by my realitor she could handle everything at closing and the air conditioner would be repaired. It was determined the a/c unit did have a leak, it was under warranty and would be fixed. Now I sit in the condo in Florida, with a heart condition and no air conditioner. I was instructed last week that everything is now my responsibility to finance because we already closed.  I called the a/c installers today and explained the fan has not shut off and it is hot in here. They told be the fee for coming out. I'm  hemorrhaging money because of  incompetence. I'll bet my realitor is at home in her air conditioned house. I'm going to contact newspaper and television. Don't use Anytime Realitors.
