I certainly do appreciate  the frustration that you and Brian went through with this rental. The Owner failed to inform our property management company that they were doing a deed in lieu of foreclosure. Upon demand, we were required by law to turn the security deposit over to the Owner's attorney. Once we were made aware of the situation, we declined to assist the property owner and were not a participant in the eviction filing. I cannot comment on the distribution of the security deposit because that was not handled in our office. I did send a certified letter indicating that the security deposit was turned over to this particular law firm.  If you do not have their information, please contact me and I will be happy to provide. Unfortunately we did not have any vacant homes at the time to transition you into. It was an unfortunate situation and certainly not expected. If there is anything that I can answer or assist with, please let me know.

Met Nicole and Michelle through doing handyman repairs. Never had an issue there like previous feedback. Then my lease had expired and we leased a home Nicole managed. Repairs were made on a very timely basis and did not hesitate to call back no matter what time it was!!! We decided to buy, not only did they do a great job in finding us our home they negotiated the best price, term, and conditions for our first home purchase. Thank you Nicole!!!! They will definitely be selling our current home when the time comes for them to find our next home. ROCKSTAR REALTORS.

Signed a year lease on a rental with these people, Nicole Smith specifically,  gave them $2,000 to move into a beautiful home(more than the minimum to move in). 3 months later they told us the home was being foreclosed  and our lease would be "terminated". We were bothered by maintenance people, pest control, and home inspections 2-3 times a week the whole time we were there. Always paid on time and in full & we ended up being sued for eviction  to get us out so the home owners could hand over the house. During all this we were told several different stories by the people that work at this real estate company, way too many lies to keep track of. Oh and even though we were forced to move out and left the house clean and in the same condition it was given to us, they kept the $1200 deposit! These people are not honest and do not abide by the law- BEWARE PLEASE!!!
