The worst experience ever. I was having good impression of this gym after reading the reviews... but I have been bitterly disappointed. I contacted Alec for my first trial session and he asked to come over. We didn't train that day, the meeting lasted 10 min. he asked me to pay the full fees for 10 sessions right away. He also asked me if I wanted a diet program which I agree, so another $50 something on top of the bill, that was more than $450.00. But he didn't give a printed nor an email invoice at this point. We plan for the dates of future sessions. As we didn't train yet, I thought the next meeting will be my first trial session. But it was not. It was 2 days after our initial meeting where Alec asked me to do some intensive exercices right away without warming up. After 10-15 min. I was so drowsy that I had to ask him to stop the training. I came back home and was in intensive pain for about a week. So I decided not to go ahead with the training. But when I told Alec, he said that the fees were not reimbursable. I received the invoice through email after that and it was written on it. So be very careful not to pay the full amount before you are sure that you want to go ahead with the training as you will lose your money, unfortunately Alec stole me.

AP Fitness is a great place for personal training. No gimmicks to lure you in,  straightforward with information and prices. Both Alec and Chris are very knowledgeable and professional. I lost 20 lbs over the summer and very proud of the level of fitness I achieved. 
Chris was my trainer, I was out of shape and with a sore and tender wrist for over a year but by the end of the summer, my wrist no longer hurt and I was amazed at how much I could do. 
I really enjoyed every session with Chris. He made me feel at ease and he worked with me at just the right pace. He explained everything clearly. Chris knew when to be serious and when to use humour to motivate me. I would highly recommend Chris ! He is wonderful !
AP Fitness is a great place !!!

After many unsuccessful attempts at losing weight, I started training with Alec. I lost 66 pounds in 5 months and couldn't of done it without him. I was overweight for most of my life and I can finally say for the first time that I feel good about my appearance! Alec's extensive knowledge on nutrition and fitness had a huge impact on my success and I still learn new things every time I go. His private studios are perfect for any self-conscious individual and are truly ideal for personal training. I am still actively training with Alec and working towards muscle gain. This journey has not been easy but is totally worth it! If you're tired of being unsuccesful at trying to get fit and healthy, contact Alec and he will help you achieve your goals. Thanks Alec!
