If you want to the best apartment, ask for Ezra. 

Excited to move into a new apartment in the somerville/cambridge area. My girlfriend and I were looking tirelessly to find our first apartment together. After searching and reaching out to a dozen brokers, over a number of different online marketplaces, we had one who was BY FAR the most responsive, helpful, and insightful. Ezra found us our ideal apartment and it was one we had not even seen on any of the websites. I was very impressed by his diligence and expertise in finding us exactly what we were looking for.

Depending on the season. The team here can be very busy and may not be overly responsive at times die to the demand. The owner of this place really goes out of his way  to meet the customers needs and is an honest person.

Majority of the experts that I have dealt with were not knowledgeable of certain areas and actually misguided me while looking. At one apartment the current tenants did a better job of showing the house than the actual realtor did. That same realtor also told us that there was a dish washer included when in fact there was not. 

Not all of the realtors are misinformed but the majority of ones I dealt with had no idea what they were doing.

It is shocking how unresponsive the people here are. When you email them about a place they've posted on Craigslist a hundred times,  they ask you for your entire story, who's moving, max amount,  etc... A lot of personal details... And then tell you the place was rented. When you ask them to show you other places,  they never get back you. Probably because they're too busy answering the same emails from the hundred other people looking at their repetitive Craigslist posts. Hey,  ApartmentX people, maybe if you spent less time posting the same ad over and over you could actually help more people find real places.
