We ultimately decided to rent a different apartment, but we had a very positive experience working with Jay. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the property. Would definitely consider for future real estate needs.

These guys are GREAT!!! 

I think that I would have gone insane if it wasn't for my team at Benoit, Specifically Sean Callahan. 

Sean was totally professional and yet extremely personable. He took the time to listen to our needs and find out what we were looking for. He never showed us anything out of our price range unless we specifically asked to see it. (which was the house we ended up buying). 

He had the patience of a saint with us as we were first time home buyers and there were three (sometimes up to five) of us looking at a property. Sean answered all of our questions (even the stupid ones) and never seemed annoyed or huffy about it. 

Sean really made himself available to us. He was ALWAYS available to answer his phone and if we had to leave a message he would call back within a very short amount of time. We were never waiting for him to call us. He would call when he said he would. He was extremely reliable. 

Sean was there for us through the entire stressful process. He brought humor and sensitivity to this scary endever. We were selling two houses and moving into one. Sean would give us advice when asked and be an ear when needed. I never felt pressured when I was working with Sean. Instead, I felt that he was rooting, as much as we were, for our perfect house to find us. 

I am so grateful that we found Sean and Benoit Real Estate group, There are more then just agents there. My mom used their attorney in the process as well and is continuing with them to make up her will.
