The treatments given are successful and that's what keeps me coming, but the time you have to wait for your schedule appt is ridiculous! If I'm on time, why aren't you? People schedule appts during work/school hrs attempting to be the first appt of the day, but no the Dr is late so we have to wait longer than necessary, then the consultation feels rushed because you have ppl waiting! Customer service is indeed a lost art, it's no longer about making the customer experience enjoyable it's about loading your schedule to get more money with no concern for the patient's time.

I was given a form to fill out at my first visit to the clinic and it was a consent form saying that you understood that some procedures could result in scarring etc... First appointment I was visually diagnosed with eczema and given prescription. I called a few months later to ask if it was possible that my condition could be something else and was told to have a skin biopsy. The biopsy was done and I was given stitches and went back a few weeks later to have them removed. A keloid scar developed. I was never told this was a possibility by the doctor at time of procedure. I called in about my concern and was told I had to come to an a appointment where they told me I could get steroid treatment to flatten the scar but it would be out of pocket. I countered that if I wasnt told about this I shouldnt have to pay to rememdy it. They pulled out the form I signed at my initial first visit. Apparently this was a blanket consent form that gives the doctor the right to treat you like a guinea pig. I assumed it would be common sense if I sign a general consent in January and have a procedure done in April (that was not discussed in January) that the doctor might still want to highlight the EXACT RISKS/SIDE EFFECTS OF THAT PARTICULAR PROCEDURE. This seems a very elementary concept. I signed off on a general consent form where I have not enough information to deduce any repercussions of a particular procedure that may occur in the future. If I come in for a very particular procedure, explain the PARTICULAR considerations for that exact visit. Me signing a general consent form on day one is not me agreeing that any unforseen procedures or need for them that may arise in the future and any of their consequences are okay as long as I signed off for it on day one. Sure, cut my left pinky finger off while youre at it. I signed off on it a year ago. No biggie. pardon my pissed off sarcasm. I was offered a very disingenuous token of 1 free steroid treatment even though the doctor already advised they are typically administered in a series of 6 and even then it is not always guaranteed to work. So essentially they offered me a 17% chance to correct this issue and even less when you figure how much 17% is of the less than 100% of people this treatment actually corrects for. *I would never agree to a procedure that leaves me with the possibility of something that looks worse than what the actual problem was
