So i go in and do all the paperwork and that was fine. So the nurse takes my blood pressure and temperature and that was fine.. So i had to get undress to take a EKG..that was ok So in one minute the doctor comes in without getting to know me or ask me about my health history... She automatically suggest i see a foot doctor for a mole on my foot.. Go get a sleep study done.. Get in contact with another dr for my anxiety and prescribed me 2 medications... Soon when i left i called my old doctor's office in akron to make a appointment They still have outdated 80s and 90s equipment and it look like when they draw your blood, they could easily place it in another patient file

I found her because she showed up in my list of providers and was close by. I stopped by for an annual exam and here is my experience during and after the exam - It took two hours for the appointment. I was in the waiting area for an hour. Could not get any work done during that hour cos there was no wifi - I had some concerns that I needed to discuss with her but she was more intent on what she wanted to say rather than listwn yo me - After the blood results came in I was asked to come in to discuss as I had "a lot of abnormal numbers." Given the prior experience of 2h I didn't want to go back in si I asked her to call me and give me my results - She calls and leaves a message that she will not do that and I need to come in - And this point I am agitated that she is holding my results hostage - So I call and ask them to mail me my reports so I can take a look and find out what tge problem is ( I had already signed the reslease forms). I am in the medical gield so I am very familiar with reports and know how to read them. - It has been 5 days since the request and I still havent received my reports. So I call yhis morning to find out. I was told the reports have been mailed. I asked if I can come pick them up since I havent received them and its possible they were lost in the mail and she tells me I will have to pay for the second copy. - In todays day of electronic records it baffles me that they are still operating like they live in the 90s. My results should be available to me. Not only have I not seen them yet ( it has beem 2 weeks since the visit) but its so backwards that they will charge me to make a second photocopy. The doctor in my opinion is hopelessly business-minded. Terrible experience, practice that still lives in the 90s and diagnosis is highly questionable. Find a different doctor!

Last year I went to see Dr Ranasinghe for a pap smear test and pelvic exam on BCCP program. While doing the examination, Dr was rather rough compared to an exam by another doctor the year prior. After all said & done, she goes, "You have osteoporosis." I was shocked. Inquired how she knows, and she says, "From my observation." Excuse me?? All she was doing was pelvic exam & pap test, the rest wasn't her specialty, or else she wasn't in the capacity to tell me that. You don't dump a diagnosis on a patient like that. It hit me like a ton of bricks. I got on the defensive and said, "No I don't". She was holding her ground and finally disappeared out the door. NEVER AGAIN.
